About Our Foundation
Our Mission
Our mission is to assist displaced youth in Texas by providing services to help them develop their independence and increase of self-worth, while renewing their hope for the future.
We seek to empower, educate, inform, and inspire children to be the best they can be while providing education and resources to overcome their struggles such as poverty, homelessness, lack of education and medical resources, hunger, and more.
Our Vision
To help distressed and displaced youth heal while realizing a better quality of life.
Our prayer is that one day foster children will have a long‐term, consistent relationship with knowledgeable and caring individuals who know the system and are truly geared to help them discover new opportunities and better lives. We want to change the way society views and treats our most vulnerable citizens, which are our children.

Thank you so much for expressing interest in the mission of Palisade: Where Hope Is Renewed! We invite you to become a Voice of Hope to our most vulnerable citizens, our children. Partner with us as we endeavor to renew their hope through the love of Jesus Christ. With a combined total of 36 years of working with children and families, the need for quality emergency shelter services is clearly observable. In order for children to blossom and reach their optimal potential, it will take a community of individuals, like yourself, to demonstrate support and compassion.
